Civil and Structural Engineering : The Partners, Associates, Engineers and Technicians render expert services in civil, structural, building and more recently port rehabilitation. We also handle surveys and site investigations and relevant tests. This includes infrastructural development of cities and towns; e.g National Stadium [Sports Complex and Games Village] Abuja and also Redesigning and Refurbishment of TinCan Island Deep Sea Port in Apapa-Lagos.

Eshrow Associates has been involved in National, and State projects in different parts of Nigeria. We have also worked with private clients within Nigeria and in Ghana, Equatorial Guinea and the UK.

Projects handled vary from commercial, healthcare, educational, religious, sports, leisure and industrial projects. Such projects include roads, buildings, port rehabilitation, drainage etc.

Condition surveys of existing structures and facilities on behalf of client including reports and appraisals are also handled by us.

Project Management: The rehabilitation of Tin Can Island Port is one of the projects currently being managed by us. As project managers we have coordinated the construction of the B6 and B12 roads in the Central Business District of Abuja which includes drainage, culverts, street lights, rail lines etc. The Winners Chapel-Sango-Ota road, Bank of Industry high-rise building and many other projects have managed by us in different locations in Nigeria.
